Insurance Claims and Restoration Work

For insurance restoration projects:

We can work directly with your insurance company to facilitate the claims process

Warranties

The property is sold (some warranties may be transferable)

Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling

We will work with you to schedule service appointments at mutually convenient times. Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible
Emergency cancellations are understood and accommodated
Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

VP Roofing’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, unless we were specifically hired to address those conditions
Claims must be made within the time frame specified in your service agreement

Property Access and Conditions

Remove or protect valuable items near work areas
Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
Ensure pets are secured during service visits
Allow us to use electrical power and water as needed for the project

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Severability
