I had Braden and Danny from VP Roofing stop by my house after knocking on my door. I had previously turned down multiple roofers, thinking there wasn’t enough hail or wind damage to warrant a claim—especially after being told as much by two other companies. But Braden and Danny were persistent, respectful, and took the time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. They offered to inspect my roof and assured me that it wouldn’t hurt to take a look. I’m so glad I agreed. They showed me detailed photos of damage to my roof, soft metals, siding, and more. I was honestly blown away by how thorough and knowledgeable they were. They walked me through the insurance process, helped me submit a claim, and were even present during the adjuster’s inspection. They made sure all damages were properly documented—even ones the inspector initially missed. Thanks to their effort and expertise, I had my roof, siding, gutters, and window screens fully replaced through my insurance. I was initially hesitant because I’d heard that submitting a claim could raise my premiums or even risk my coverage being dropped. But Braden and Danny knew the industry inside and out, and they made sure everything was done properly and professionally. Their cleanup was excellent, and the crew was fast, efficient, and easy to work with. I was so impressed that I had them inspect and handle claims for three of my rental properties too—each one got fully covered as well. If you have the opportunity to work with Braden and Danny, take it. Their experience, attention to detail, and dedication to getting the job done right truly sets them apart. Danny Strachan was very helpful in coordinating the entire roof replacement process. He was readily available for questions. The new roof looks great and we also had a new gutter installed which we are pleased with as well. There was some confusion with the insurance company but this was remedied without much issue.
