We have been fighting with the insurance company for over 4 years in trying to get our roof fixed. We worked with several roofing companies that couldn't get through to them. Once we started working with VP Roofing, they were able to cut through the red tape and get things rolling with the insurance company and were able to get the roof replaced. They even made it simple to work with a solar company to remove and put our solar panels back on. On top of that, the roof looks amazing. Overall, a fantastic company to work with! I'm very happy with their work!

They were very professional from the start every time I met with somebody they ran me through everything to make sure I knew what was going on. Including the installers that let me know what time they would turn up and deliver stuff and then come and do the roof and the final product was better than I expected

They were all so nice and they did a great job with my roof and my gutters!! I would recommend them to family and friends. Also shout out to Spencer he was beyond helpful and if he didn't know he would find out and always got right back to me. These guys got your back when your doing all of this stuff they did the insurance work for me.thanks to all of you for your hard work I am very satisfied.

Their communication was abysmal until I left a reveiw. They did call back and were apologetic. Once the red tape cleared things have moved quickly. I'm hopeful once the roof is on I'll give them all the stars. Hopefully it was a communication problem they resolved. Edited.. The insurance covered it as promised. The work was spectacular.

I had such a great experience working with VP roofing. Branden and Bryan went above and beyond helping me understand how everything worked. They worked great with my insurance company and were very knowledgeable. If I had questions they called or text me back in a reasonable time. They never made me feel pressured and allowed me the time I needed to feel good about moving forward getting my roof re-shingled. I highly recommend VP Roofing.

I called after the recent wind storm to ask for help with my roof, and almost before I put the phone down, they were at my front door! I’m so impressed!

They have been a great company to work with. They helped me through the whole process of getting my roof damaged covered by my insurance. After that, they sent a great crew out to take the old roof off and put the new roof on. They did a very good job, and cleaned up really well afterwards, I would recommend this roofing company to anyone that asks me about to me about it.

i wanted to jump in early to leave a review for branden, jeff & their team! in our area wind + storm damage is so common. being new home owners, my husband and i found roof repair daunting. what has already stood out to us is branden’s team is thoughtful we had decking exposed with more storms upcoming. promptly after our inspection they came to put a tarp up for us while we wait for the next steps. that is next level service that proves they hold up the care they said they do. i personally appreciate how each team member i’ve interacted with, they share information in simple terms - without making me feel dumb. other sales team don’t hit this aspect of customer service. instead branden’s team shows they want a transparent experience for us all around by balancing their professional presentation with intentional effort to get on the same page. looking forward to moving forward, after this strong start

We were extremely pleased with the service and workmanship we received when VP Roofing replaced our roof. From start to finish, Danny and Braden took the time to make sure we understood the work that needed to be done. Their crews were skilled and efficient and also did a great job of cleanup both during the job as well as at the finish. They were also great in their follow up with the insurance company to make sure we received the maximum benefit deserved.

I was reluctant to work with VP roofing initially until they started doing several of my neighbors roofs and said they could handle doing everything with my insurance company to see if my claim would be accepted. Danny and Braden were great to work with and was able to get my claim approved. Overall, had a great experience working with VP roofing.

These guys are the best! They were working on the house next door and noticed my elderly father needed help. They came over and helped him fix a few things. Seriously awesome that they would step away for a bit and do that!

We needed new roofs on 3 houses. VP Roofing did a very good job on all 3 roofs. The project managers, Braden & Danny, were very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job of working with our insurance company. They were both very good people to work with. We felt they were very helpful & always honest with us.

I was very happy with the service V P Roofing provided me. (Siding replacement) We had hail damage to our roof and aluminum siding. After replacing the roof I intended to paint the house, but the insurance company refused to pay for this service, insisting that I replaced the siding on the damaged side of the house. After several bids, the personal cost to update the siding of the whole house made it very difficult financially for us at this time and I didn’t want the debt. When I met V P Roofing, they assured me that the insurance company was responsible by state law to cover the cost of full replacement. With their help, we were able to send in a sample of our siding and get the siding replaced, it took time and patience, but it was worth it, and our house looks great. Their siding people did really nice work and I’m very pleased with the results, The representatives were honest and helpful, something I was very concerned about. There were times when I needed to be patient and work through the process with the insurance company and contractors, but in the end it was well worth the time and effort, and Braden and Danny were great to work with. Straight shooting, up front with all details, no surprises. Worked hard to coordinate, meet with our insurance inspector and advocate/go to bat to get us all possible coverage (fully covered). Considerate, flexible, patient, and thorough.
