When a salesperson rings our doorbell, I automatically tell him or her that I am not interested.  But for some reason, Jordan put me immediately at ease.  He was not pushy.  He simply said, “I noticed you have wind damage on your roof.  I just want you to know that your home insurance will replace it rather than repair it because your current shingle is no longer available.  I can help you with the claim if you are interested.”  He was so genuine that I didn’t react in my usual way.  Instead, I let him help me prepare the claim, and though I was still doubtful it would be approved, low and behold it was!  A $25,000 to $30,000 roof job cost me only the $1200 deductible!  My neighbors all noticed what VP roofing was doing on our house and asked about the company.  I told them how honest and low key Jordan Rehrer, their representative, was and how helpful he was.  And, of course, I told them how the roof replacement was virtually free if they have discontinued shingles and sufficient roof damage. Since then, I believe a dozen or more people in the neighborhood have had VP replace their roofs on their insurance company’s tab! So I had been noticing a few shingles on my lawn over the past couple of years...I looked at my roof and could not identify if they had come from my roof or had been blown into my yard from a neighbors. I did not do anything about it.

I was sitting at home and a guy came to my porch and told me he had noticed my roof appeared to have some missing shingles and asked if he could use a drone to take a look at my roof, I agreed and he proceeded to show me...via drone footage where my roof was missing shingles.

My house just turned 25 years old and I was thinking it might need a new roof...Tyler assured me that my homeowners insurance might be able to help with the cost of replacing the roof. I decided to pull the trigger and I am glad I did. Turns out the wind we had been getting was stripping  the shingles off the top roof ridge and insurance approved a full replacement.

I have solar panels but VP work3ed with my insurance company to make sure the solar system removal and reinstall was covered as well. R&R Solar did the solar stuff and Seth and Brennen did an incredible job actually restoring function to 50% of my panels!  VP did an excellent job on my roof and replaced it in a single day!

The VP Roofing crew were absolutely incredible and the entire project took them two full days and they worked extremely hard!  Just as important they did an amazing clean up job and you would not even know they had been there.
